copy and paste frame 2 as a new layer
image re size by 63
using your magic wand click inside your frame hold down the shift key make sure u get all the insides of the frame
copy and paste as a new layer paper 6
selections-invert hit delete
select-none
move behind the frame
click under your paper
copy and paste paper 2
now add a mask of your choice
merge group
now still on your mask layer we are using a plug in Alien Skin Xenofex 2 electric
basic settings
move above your paper under your frame
copy and paste word art 2

now we will add the elements

adjust sharpen
add this drop shadow below
